Abortion is about giving women the freedom to choose when they want to have children based on their age, financial stability, and marital stability. It is not the government's responsibility to legislate against woman's choices. Raising a child is a difficult endeavor that demands both social and emotional dedication as well as financial resources. As a result, if a person feels they are not ready for a child, it means the pregnancy is unwanted, and as a result, allowing a fetus to grow into a child is worse than abortion because the resultant child will grow in an unfavorable & destructive environment, lacking the love, care, and stability that a child requires. A fetus is not a person nor a human being legally or scientifically, abortion cannot be linked with murder or taking a life.
Not every woman in need of an abortion would be able to acquire it. A lot of women would give birth after carrying an undesired pregnancy. mothers’ are concerned that raising a new child would limit their ability to care for their existing children not everyone's economic status is wealthy to give a quality life to many children. Talking about Nepal many people out here are not able to give a quality life to even a single child. However, due to Nepal's high illiteracy rate, people have no awareness of contraceptive methods and hence wind up having numerous children, resulting in a poor and uncontrolled childhood for children. Since the legislation states that abortion is permissible throughout the first three months of pregnancy, there is little understanding of pregnancy testing equipment and no hospitals in many districts of Nepal, so women reach the hospital late and are refused abortions because they approached abortion clinics too late in their pregnancy.

women who want to get an abortion but are denied choose to hold and keep the kid instead of placing it for adoption. What is life for these kids? The life compared with infants born after their mothers were refused abortions to the following generation of children born to women who had abortions. We demonstrated that infants born to women denied abortions fared worse. They were more likely to live in homes with insufficient funds to cover basic living needs. Women are also far more likely to experience poor maternal bonding — feeling imprisoned as a mother, resenting their kid, or yearning for the "old days" before they had the baby — with the child born after abortion denial than with the child born after a desired abortion.
A lady from the Midwest whom I met unknowingly while traveling on the bus had an abortion six months after the birth of her first child and had another five years later. I wasn't psychologically stable enough to care for the child. I now have a one-year-old, and I can support myself and my children, and I believe the moment is perfect. Everything makes financial sense now. But having two [children] 12 months apart without the abortion, there's no way I'd be where I am today if I had had that child. Motherhood should never be used as a punishment for having sexual contact.
Rape cases are growing in our nation, and many raped girls are compelled to give birth to an undesired child against their will. Many girls from ruling areas are coerced into child marriage and compelled to give birth at a young age, jeopardizing their education and health. As a result, I believe abortion should be legalized to improve the lives of these females and children. Abortion eliminates undesired and unexpected births, which in turn reduces child maltreatment because the mother does not want children at that time. Rendering abortion illegal will lead to an increase in teen pregnancies (children having children). This generally results in unlawful abortions, which can result in death or lasting health problems, as well as poverty, joblessness, despondency, and reliance.

Every woman has the freedom to do anything she wants with her body, which is known as bodily autonomy. This is one of the reasons it is prohibited to harvest organs from the deceased who have not given their consent. Why do we take it away from a pregnant woman if we continue to do so after death? Why would you provide a dead person a right that you would not extend to a living person?

Banning abortions does not prevent abortions; women will just seek abortions through illicit means, which are both risky and unlawful; hence, it is preferable to offer women safe and legal abortion options. one — a likely outcome for many if abortion is further restricted — she will have fewer opportunities to achieve other life goals, build a stable financial foundation, and have a child she can enjoy and adore. Women who had unwanted pregnancies now have access to abortion, allowing them to have a child later in life with the right partner and at the right time.
